Job Description:
1. Associate would be working as
Lead Business Analyst.
2.He will need to front end the
bank interms of gathering the requirements, documenting them, doing the fit gap
analysis, presenting it to the Bank stakeholders
3.Will have to interact with senior
business stakeholders of the bank in finalizing, prioritizing, negotiating the
requirements
4.Should have Core Banking
Experience plus in Payment space
5.He should have been involved in
Requirement analysis, Gap definition, Business Process Analysis &
definition with Solution consulting
6. Domain knowledge in Deposits,
Lending, Channel Operations, Direct Banking, Mobile Banking, Branch banking,
General Ledger, User profiles and roles access definitions, risk management
7.Sound understanding of supporting
product infrastructure like Interests, Check processing, Standing Instructions,
Limits and Collaterals
8. Should have excellent
communication & articulation skills
9.Should have a good hands on
stakeholder management
10. Should have a leadership skills
in handling a team

Graduate
