Job Description:
2.Handling Helpdesk activities ( ticket generation & Assignment with
follow up till closure)
3.Close Coordination with all the
ATM vendors for ensuring proper functioning of the terminal & better ATM
availability
4.Responsible for ensuring updates
& follow-ups are systematically conducted within TAT
5.Updating issue status &
follow ups in the monitoring tool on time.
6.Attending all Phone Calls &
responding emails for status of ATM after FLM/SLM/Daily visit of ATM
7.Flexible for rotational shifts /6
Days working with rotational holiday
Educational Qualification : Any
Graduate
Experience : Freshers
Location : Mumbai
