1.Understanding business process
management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to
specific software requirements.
2.Making sure that the solution
recommended is commercial yet competitive.
3.Documenting and analyzing the
required information and data.
4.Understanding the technical
designs as well as the specifications.
5.Effectively communicating with
internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like
GUI, screen and interface designs.
6.Acting as an interface between
business units, technology teams and support teams
7.Communicates effectively with
clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with
project management
8.Develops functional
specifications and system design specifications for client engagements
9.Communicates needed changes to
development team
10.Manages client expectations
effectively
