Job description
1.Will be responsible for ensuring
that the prescribed SLA's and targets for the process, are met on a consistent
basis. The SLA's include Quality%, Productivity, CSAT (Customer Satisfaction
scores) and Financial parameters.
2.Needs to work night shifts, as
the client is Canadian based and work is to be processed during client hours
(EST - Eastern Standard Time).
3.Willingness to stretch beyond
scheduled working hours; as per business requirement.
4.Will need to ensure completion of
all client and IGATE required mandatory trainings.
